Bacalar, Q.R. — Two vehicles ended up in flames after colliding Tuesday outside Bacalar. Firemen from the town of Bacalar rushed to the early morning scene where they located a semi had collided with a company vehicle.
The two vehicle crash happened between a semi and a hearse. According to information obtained, the driver of the hearse dozed at the wheel and momentarily veered into the oncoming lane of traffic.
In doing so, he crashed into an oncoming semi. Both vehicle burst into flames on impact. Bacalar firemen were called to put out the burning vehicles. Both drivers were treated on site by paramedics before being transferred to hospital.
