Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Two men were removed from Fifth Avenue Saturday after police found them in possession of narcotics. The pair were located during a Vive Playa del Carmen Seguro operation between Solidaridad Public Security, elements belonging to National Defense, the Navy and the National Guard.
During a surveillance and prevention tour, the pair were arrested early Saturday morning after attempting to flee the area when they saw police. Both men were caught and found to be in possession of narcotics.
Taken into police custody was 42-year-old Daniel N from England and 24-year-old Kais N from France.
