Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Two women of Colombian nationality were jailed in Playa del Carmen Thursday on drug charges. The pair were arrested after a routine investigatory stop by police.
Their Mazda was pulled over and its driver questioned when police saw a bag of drugs on the passenger seat. A review of the car and those inside revealed bags of cocaine, crystal meth and LSD.
Arrested was 25-year-old Laura N and 19-year-old Tatiana N with various bags of narcotics.
