Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — The bodies of a man and a woman reported missing in November have been located in a building in Playa del Carmen. The Attorney General’s Office reported the discovery of their bodies Thursday.
With the aid of a police dog, authorities were successful in locating the two bodies inside a private property located on Avenida Juárez. The discovery is being treated as a homicide.
In a statement, the FGE said that the man and woman, who have not been identified, were reported as missing November 20 of last year. The agency says an investigation into their disappearance and finding those responsible has already begun.
