Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A man wanted for the murder and attempted murder of two Playa del Carmen residents has been arrested and charged. Pablo Daniel “N” will remain imprisoned for the duration of his trial after being charged with murder and attempted murder for a 2022 incident.
According to a statement by the State Attorney General’s Office, Pablo Daniel “N” has been charged “for his alleged participation in the crimes of qualified homicide and attempted homicide to the detriment of two victims.”
The agency reported the events occurred on December 28, 2022, in a winery located in the Fundadores neighborhood of Playa del Carmen when the victims, together with the accused and another subject, began drinking.
“At some point, the accused and his companion attack the victim with a knife, causing her death. Subsequently, Pablo Daniel “N”, together with his accomplice, beat the only witness to the killing, who managed to escape.”
