Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A man accused of shooting another to death after a heated argument has been officially charged. On Saturday, José Raúl “N” was charged with murder from the October 29 shooting death of a Playa del Carmen man.
According to the FGE, José Raúl “N” has been charged with aggravated homicide after shooting the unnamed man to death with a shotgun.
In a statement, the state agency said that after a heated argument, José Raúl “N” hid armed and when the second man appeared, José Raúl “N” “came out with a shotgun with which he shot the victim, causing injuries that took his life.”
A judge has order José Raúl “N” to remain jailed for the duration of his trial.
