Suspect in Washington state murder extradited from Mexico

Mexico City, Mexico — The suspect in the stabbing death of a Washington man has been extradited to the U.S. The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) extradited Raúl “P” to face charges of homicide and injuries.

The Government Mexico handed over the fugitive of Mexican nationality who was wanted by the King County Superior Court of the State of Washington for the crimes of homicide and injuries.

“Raúl “P” deprived a man of his life with a knife in the aforementioned country, for which reason he was arrested in Guadalajara, Jalisco in October 2022. After efforts by the FGR, the Government of Mexico granted his extradition to the U.S. Government.

He was handed over to U.S. marshals at the Mexico City International Airport (AICM) for his transfer.
