Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Solidaridad officers continue to investigate the discovery of two dead bodies. Two adults, sexes unknown, were found dead on a remote property in Campesinos Unidos.
Campesionos Unidos is an irregular area located 12 kilometers northeast of La Guadalupana subdivision of Playa del Carmen. Police arrived at the property via a dirt road after area residents made the report to 911.
Emergency services received their call at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday. Both bodies are reported to have shown signs of a struggle. Municipal Police were escorted by Army personnel to the location.
Police have not provided any information regarding the two deceased. The arrest of any suspects has not been made public.
