Tulum, Q.R. — A new hotel project in the town of Tulum has been officially inaugurated. On Wednesday, the Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club, the first all-inclusive, adults-only resort in Tulum, celebrated its official grand opening.
The inauguration included a ribbon cutting by Governor Mara Lezama who was accompanied by Bernardo Cueto, State Secretary of Tourism, Tulum Mayor Diego Castañón and hotel owners.
It is the company’s 44th Inclusive Collection hotel in Mexico and the 12th in the Secrets Resort & Spa brand. The new hotel has 326 rooms and has created 500 direct jobs.
“We are proud to officially join the Inclusive Collection portfolio with the opening of Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club following the grand opening ceremony,” said Carlos Ancira, President of the Board of Directors.
“This extraordinary hotel located in the heart of Tulum offers unique amenities and experiences near the Caribbean Sea with strong brand recognition under the largest portfolio of luxury all-inclusive resorts in the world,” he added.
The Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club hotel began operating October 12, 2023, and is located in the heart of Tulum.
