Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — More than 350 doses of narcotics were seized after Playa del Carmen police located them on two people. During a surveillance tour early Friday morning, police observed the pair exchanging what appeared to be, bags of cocaine.
Although they both ran at the sight of police, they were caught. A review of their persons revealed more than 430 doses of various drugs. The man and woman were taken into police custody from Universidades Avenue from where police detailed they found 155 bags of cocaine, 120 methamphetamine pills, six bags containing LSD, 36 bags of crystal meth, 28 bags with a brown substance to be determined, 36 pieces of cannabis oil, two bags with powders to be determined and two orange pills.
Arrested was 40-year-old Leonardo N from Mexico City and 27-year-old Lullia N from Russia.
