Mahahual, Q.R. — Royal Caribbean says their Perfect Day Mexico at the port of Mahahual will be operational in the Fall of 2027. The cruise company released details of their up and coming beach club after purchasing the port property last year.
“Perfect Day Mexico will introduce all-new thrills and ways to chill, alongside signature favorites, for families and vacationers of all ages. Located on Mexico’s vibrant Caribbean coast, the game-changing destination will deliver a true Mexican spirit across the design, feel and experiences like the tallest waterslides across North and South America, the world’s longest lazy river and so much more,” they said.
“Loco Waterpark is where the action begins for the boldest thrill-seekers on Royal Caribbean’s Perfect Day Mexico when it debuts in fall 2027. Vacationers can scale new heights on more than 30 adrenaline-pumping waterslides across five slide towers, including the tallest waterslide tower across North and South America at Jaguar’s Peak.
“Standing at more than 170 feet tall, the tower features 10 record-breaking slides, from the tallest waterslides to the tallest family raft slide for the whole crew to conquer together,” they added.
“Vacationers can scale new heights across more than 30 adrenaline-pumping waterslides, like the world’s first sombrero slide – a bowl slide modeled after Mexico’s iconic sombrero,” Royal Caribbean said.

The private Perfect Day Mexico beach club at Mahahual will offer visitors an array of water slides, splash areas for kids, relaxing adults-only beach areas that include swim up bars, cabanas, live Mexican music and, in the center of it all, 100,000 square foot pool, which will be one of 10 offered.
“Upon opening in fall 2027, Perfect Day Mexico will welcome Western Caribbean itineraries sailing from Galveston, New Orleans and all Florida homeports,” they reported.
