Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A woman from Puerto Vallarta was arrested Monday for auto theft. Municipal Public Transit interrupted the theft after the owner reported her car stolen from outside a store on Juárez Avenue Monday morning.
Playa del Carmen Transit Police located the stolen car being driven on the same avenue, however, when they requested the driver pull over, she ignored them. Police followed the stolen vehicle to CTM and 115 Avenue where they intercepted the car and arrested the driver.
Taken into custody for auto theft was 33-year-old Fabiola “N” from Puerto Vallarta.
