Playa de Carmen, Q.R. — Jesús “C” has been taken into legal custody in Playa del Carmen on charges of attempted murder. The suspect was wanted in the state of Puebla for the attempted murder of a woman.
According to Quintana Roo authorities, his capture derived from a collaboration requested by the FGE of Puebla after the defendant fled to the state of Quintana Roo.
Elements of the Investigative Police of Quintana Roo completed an arrest warrant against Jesús “C” in the municipality of Solidaridad, who, after allegedly committing attempted murder, fled to Quintana Roo in an attempt to evade justice.
Quintana Roo authorities did not provide information regarding when the charges were laid or where in Playa del Carmen he was arrested.
