Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Three people were left trapped inside their car after a Playa del Carmen roadway accident. On Monday, two cars involved in the roadway mishap ended up crashing into a trailer.
According to preliminary information, three from inside one of the involved vehicles required assistance from firemen to free them. Firemen were called to the scene along 115th Avenue around 3:00 p.m. to help remove the trapped trio.
Transit authorities were also at the scene of the crash to deal with the three damaged vehicles. Early reports say one of the cars crossed the path of another, causing them to collide. One of those vehicles ended up colliding with a large company trailer.
