Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — The body of a woman was found early Monday morning in a green area in west Playa del Carmen. Police located the body after a 6:30 a.m. report.
She was found fully dressed with a bullet wound to her head. Police found her laying in a green area near the Villas del Sol subdivision at the western exit of Playa del Carmen.
Municipal Police sectioned off the crime scene while evidence was collected.
