Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Police have jailed a man who is alleged to have stabbed another man, causing his death. The incident happened Sunday inside a private home in the Misión de las Flores subdivision.
Neighbors made the 911 call to emergency services reporting a man who was injured by a knife. When police arrived, they called for an ambulance, however, paramedics declared the injured man as dead. He was found laying on the floor of the apartment deceased.
Neighbors lead police to a nearby home where two men were holding another man who was accused of stabbing the now-deceased. Playa del Carmen police proceeded to arrest 35-year-old José “N” from Mexico City. Outside of an altercation, police did not provide details as to what lead to the stabbing.
