Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — The discovery of the body of a dead man was reported to Playa del Carmen police Tuesday afternoon. The body was found laying on a section of paved roadway in the city’s south.
Passersby made the discovery on a road at the corner of Chemuyil and Paseo Central Avenues near a shopping centre.
The area was cordoned off by agents of the Municipal Police while elements of the State Attorney General’s Office began their investigations into what is believed to be a homicide.
