Bacalar, Q.R. — Five people were rushed to a community hospital after a head on highway crash in Bacalar. Police arrived to a scene of at least one completely destroyed car Saturday night.
While authorities did not provide information on how the accident happened, they did confirm five injured in the two vehicle crash between a private car and a public taxi.
Paramedics rushed to injured to a Bacalar hospital. The private car involved in the crash was completely destroyed. It is not known how many people were inside that vehicle at the time of the crash.
Excessive speed has been factored into the late night highway accident.
