Tepic, Nayarit — A man posing as a plastic surgeon in the state of Nayarit has been charged after a woman he operated on died. According to the Attorney General of Nayarit, Jair Antonio “N” performed two cosmetic surgeries without having a professional license
The Nayarit Attorney General’s Office says they complied with an arrest warrant against Jair Antonio “N” for “his alleged participation in events that, according to the law, fall under the crime of intentional simple homicide committed against a female person of reserved identity.”
The agency reported that “he performed two aesthetic surgical interventions on the victim without having a professional license.” Jair “N” performed the second operation on August 30, 2019. The unidentified female patient underwent “surgical operations in the abdomen which caused her death,” they reported.
Jari “N” is being held at the Venustiano Carranza de Tepic prison.
