José María Morelos, Q.R. — A young motorcycle driver endured several injuries after slamming into the back end of a parked car in the town of José María Morelos. The accident was reported to authorities shortly before midnight by motorists who were also traveling along Calle Constituyentes.
Police arrived to find the 19-year-old driver on the ground. He was treated on site by paramedics before being arrested for drunk driving. The parked car suffered only minor damage, while the aged motorbike sustained a substantial amount of damage. Both vehicles were transferred to the Municipal Transit facilities.
