Mexican wanted in Pennsylvania for conspiracy to distribute extradited

Toluca, State of Mexico — A Mexican man wanted by a Pennsylvania court has been extradited to the U.S. He was wanted for conspiracy to distribute cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine.

The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) says Humberto “A” was handed over to U.S. Federal marshals at the Toluca International Airport for extradition Monday.

He was delivered to American authorities for his return to Pennsylvania where he was required by the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania for the crime of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine.

Humberto “A” is identified as one of the main drug suppliers of a criminal organization in Phoenix, Arizona.

Between April 2022 and January 2023, Humberto “A” trafficked large quantities of cocaine, fentanyl and methamphetamine from Mexico for distribution in the United States.

The Government of Mexico granted the extradition of Humberto “A” to the Government of the United States after the efforts of the FGR.
