Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A man wanted for murder in Campeche was captured in Playa del Carmen. The Quintana Roo State Attorney General’s Office reported the arrest of Jamie C, who had an outstanding arrest warrant in Campeche for murder and drug dealing.
The FGE reported that according to their information, Jamie C is alleged to be a generator of violence in the state and a member of a criminal organization dedicated to the sale of narcotics.
The agency said that Jamie C was captured by state investigative agents in the Villas del Sol subdivision of Playa del Carmen. He has already been handed over to Campeche authorities for a transfer back to his state to face charges.
