Mexico City, Mexico — In compliance with the Extradition Treaty between Mexico and the U.S., a Mexican national was handed over to American authorities to face charges.
On Monday, Joaquin “S” was delivered to U.S. federal officials for his transfer to an Arizona court to face charges of kidnapping and attempted homicide.
The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) extradited Joaquin “S” to face charges in Pinal Country for the crimes of attempted homicide, qualified injuries and kidnapping.
In April 2016, Joaquín “S” and his ex-partner met to discuss their children’s issues when the defendant pulled out a shotgun and seriously injured his ex-partner and his eldest daughter.
