Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A man was shot and killed outside a convenience store in the Zazil Ha neighborhood of Playa del Carmen Sunday afternoon.
The shooting took place around 4:00 p.m. with area witnesses reporting a subject descending from a motorcycle before making his way toward the now-victim who was shot several times. The alleged shooter then made his escape.
Police officers cordoned off the area and launched a search for those responsible, however, no arrests were announced. The deceased has not been identified.
