Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Elements of Public Security and Municipal Transit of Solidaridad secured a suitcase with an approximate 26 kilos of marijuana, it was reported in a statement.
The foregoing is part of the crime surveillance and prevention actions throughout the municipality. The illegal cargo was located in the vicinity of the 12th street bus station in the Centro neighborhood of Playa del Carmen when it was detected by Kano, a city narcotics dog.
The suitcase was not claimed, therefore there were no arrests.
