Cancun, Q.R. — Iberojet says that due to passenger demand, an additional flight from Barcelona to the Cancun airport will be scheduled. The additional weekly flight will begin in June.
As of then, the airline will arrive in Cancun every Tuesday and Sunday from Barcelona. Currently, Iberojet offers the Barcelona to Cancun flight just once a week.
For the 2022 summer season, the airline says that the Madrid-Cancun route will include six flights a week on board an Airbus 350 with a capacity for 432, while the Lisbon to Cancun flight will continues with one frequency per week.
Iberojet says that between May and October, they are offering 150,000 seats into Cancun International, bringing Spanish travelers to the Mexican Caribbean.
