Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — The husband of a woman who was stabbed to death has been taken into custody. The murder and subsequent arrest took place Sunday night in the city’s far west residential subdivision of In-House.
Neighbors made the Emergency 911 call reporting a man walking the streets yelling that he killed his wife. Police responding to the 9:00 p.m. report found the man near the intersection of Lilis and Constituyentes Avenues.
There, they took him into custody. Additional officers were sent to the home where they found the dead body of an adult woman inside.
