Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A group of six men were arrested from two rural communities in the municipality of Solidaridad after citizen reports of drug sales. According to an FGE newsletter, the six men were located in the rural communities of Los Faisanes and El Edén.
Complaints of the men using the communities as points for the sale of narcotics was made to Solidaridad police, which resulted in their Monday arrests.
Jailed on drug-related charges are David “O”, Jorge Luis “G”, Sergio “M”, Julio “A”, Esaú “O”, Jorge Antonio “M”, the latter being from Honduras and the alleged boss of the other five.
