Mexico City, Mexico — The Attorney General’s Office has extradited a fugitive wanted in Illinois for first degree murder. Daniel “F” was handed over to U.S. authorities Tuesday for the murder of two American men.
Daniel “F” has been considered a fugitive from U.S. justice since the April 1995 murders. The Mexican national was wanted by the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois for shooting two men to death.
In April 1995, Daniel “F” killed two men with a firearm. Following efforts by the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), the Mexican government granted the extradition of Daniel “F” to the U.S. government,” police reported.
Daniel “F” was captured in 2023 in Celaya, Guanajuato and held for extradition purposes. He was handed over to U.S federal marshals at Mexico City International Airport (AICM) Tuesday from where he was returned to the U.S.
