Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A group of four out-of-state men have been jailed on narcotics charges. Solidaridad Municipal Police arrested 42-year-old Juan “N” along with Luis “N”, 27 and Ricardo “N”, 22, all from the state of Chiapas.
Included in that group arrest was 24-year-old Hugo “N” from Campeche. They were picked up on drug charges after being seen handling bags of narcotics next to a car on 85th Avenue and 2nd Street of Playa del Carmen.
When patrolling the area, police observed them next to a vehicle. During a security inspection, police found 149 bags of marijuana, powdered cocaine and crystal meth along with 9-millimeter cartridges. Arresting officers seized their drugs, cartridges and car.
