Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — The city council of Solidaridad has reported the hiring of five doctors for the General Hospital of Playa del Carmen, reinforcing first line actions in the care of coronavirus patients.
In a press release, the Solidaridad government says they have added five doctors to the first line of COVID-19 care at the General Hospital of Playa del Carmen, reinforcing the actions in which the three levels of government are working to counteract the advance of the coronavirus in the municipality.
The doctors were hired by the municipality through the Directorate of Physical and Mental Health, Héctor González Rodríguez, and will be commissioned to the General Hospital as long as their services are required, the City Council said in their statement.
