Mexico City, Mexico — The Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) of Mexico has delivered a wanted fugitive to the U.S. government. Jesús “S”, a criminal cell lieutenant, has been transferred to the U.S. state of Texas to face drug and criminal association charges.
Jesús “S”, a fugitive of Mexican nationality, was wanted by the Western District Court of Texas for allegedly importing and distributing cocaine and marijuana in several U.S. states.
In a statement, the FGR reported “Jesús “S” is identified as one of the most important lieutenants of a criminal organization dedicated to the transportation and distribution of cocaine and marijuana in various cities in the United States.
“The Government of Mexico granted the extradition of the requested person to the Government of the United States after various efforts made by the FGR.
“The fugitive was handed over at the Mexico City International Airport (AICM) to the U.S. agents for his final transfer.”
