Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A restaurant employee was hit by a bullet outside a centrally located Playa del Carmen eatery Monday evening. Men on a motorcycle are reported to have arrived and began shooting at the 40th Street establishment.
Duirng the rain of bullets, one man was hit. The injured restaurant employee, 47 year old Guillermo “N”, was taken to hospital after the 6:50 p.m. shooting. While the shooting against the establishment appears to have been targeted, it is not clear if the employee was also part of that targeted hit.
In February, the same restaurant was hit with Molotov cocktails.
