Bacalar, Q.R. — An accident involving two cars and a passenger bus left three people injured on the Limones-Bacalar highway today.
The driver of the bus is accused of dozing off while behind the wheel. Upon reaching the Noc-Bech community intersection, he crashed into a car that collided with another car traveling in the same direction.
After the impact, the passenger bus went off the road and ended up in shoulder brush. Paramedics arrived to provide first aid to the three injured, who were taken to a hospital in Bacalar.
National Guard were in charge of the corresponding procedures to determine responsibilities.
