Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — The body of a dismembered person was found Monday morning near Residential Corales in Playa del Carmen. The body was noticed by an area passerby around 7:30 a.m.
Police verified the finding of the dismembered body approximately one block off Avenida Universidades. Inside the bag, police located clothed human limbs. Additional information was not provided. The age and sex of the victim are not known.
The area was cordoned off while police collected evidence and the body was removed.
