Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Police responding to a call of a foul odor in a residential area of Playa del Carmen arrived to find a deceased man. On Sunday, police were called to a home in Villas del Sol where they found a body.
Details of the discovery have not been revealed by officials, however, a 911 call by area residents lead to the finding. Neighbors of the victim made the call, noting they had not seen the man in several days and that foul orders were coming from the home.
The unidentified man is said to have been disabled. Police arrived and confirmed the existence of a body, for which they contacted the State Attorney General’s Office.
