Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Ferry dock crewmen threw a rope to escort a passenger who accidently fell into the sea. The incident happened Friday on a late night crossing from the island to the mainland.
The rough sea ride from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen left him feeling ill. When the man got off the ferry, he rushed to the side of the dock to vomit but accidently fell in. Several dock members were quick to throw him a rope and guide him to shore.
The young man walked out of the sea on his own and was reported without any injuries after being reviewed onsite by medical personnel.
