Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Preliminary reports say five were injured in a two-vehicle crash that happened north of Playa del Carmen. A passenger van and company truck collided Thursday morning along the federal highway.
Medical personnel responding to the accident transferred five to hospital. All five were treated on site before being transferred to Playa del Carmen medical facilities with undisclosed injuries.
Details as to how the two collided remain unknown, however, wet pavement and highway speed are being factored into the possibilities.
