Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A man wanted in the state of Chihuahua has been arrested in Playa del Carmen. On Wednesday, State Attorney General (FGE) of Quintana Roo reported on the arrest of Geovanni “C” who was wanted for rape and sexual abuse.
According to the FGE, Geovanni “C” was “captured by elements of the Investigative Police when he was walking along Cobá Street with Chemuyil Avenue in the Paseos Xacel subdivision of Playa del Carmen.”
After his arrest, Geovanni “C” was handed over to the agents of the Chihuahua State Attorney General’s Office, who will transfer him to the state of Chihuahua Wednesday evening to face charges.
Giovanni “C” was arrested from the public residential street of Playa del Carmen on an outstanding arrest warrant for rape and sexual abuse in Chihuahua.
