Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A Chiapas man with four outstanding arrest warrants was picked up in Playa del Carmen. Touring officers noticed Carlos N attempting to evade police who were patrolling a central city area.
Upon catching up with him, police questioned him before running his identification through Plataforma México where they learned of the four outstanding arrest warrants. According to information obtained, three of the warrants were for allegations of homicide.
The Tourist Police of Playa del Carmen proceeded to arrest 40-year-old Carlos N for processing and his eventual return to his native Chiapas.
