Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — The Canine Unit of the Ministry of Public Security and Municipal Traffic of Solidaridad assured a person found in possession of drugs and related material. Canine drug dog Mono was responsible for detecting the narcotics.
Police say the arrest took place Saturday morning at a downtown Playa del Carmen bus station after Mono singled out the man. An inspection of his luggage revealed drugs including marijuana and crystal as well as an array of drug paraphernalia.
The man was detained and his suitcases seized upon his arrest.
