Cancun, Riviera Maya, Q.R. — Cancun and Riviera Maya theme parks are preparing to reopen after being closed for more than a month due to the epidemic. Theme parks such as VenturaPark, Dolphinaris, Selvatica and Xcaret are preparing to reopen with all sanitary security measures.
Ventura Entertainment announced that they have implemented a series of safety and hygiene protocols, which they called VenturaSafe, with which they are ready to receive tourists according to the requirements set by state and federal authorities in the new normal.

Ventura Entertainment says they have obtained the Safe Travels certification by fully adopting the standardized protocols of hygiene, sanitation and physical distance issued by the World Travel and Tourism Council. VenturaPark, which will open a few days later on June 19th, will operate from Friday to Sunday. The company says Selvatica — The Adventure Tribe will operate starting June 15 Monday to Wednesday and on Fridays, and that Dolphinaris Cancun will reopen June 15 and operate Monday to Sunday.
Grupo Xcaret, who is also Safe Travel certified, announced the opening of Xcaret Park and Hotel Xcaret México on June 15, with the implementation of the Xeguridad 360° safety and hygiene protocols to guarantee the safety of visitors, guests, collaborators and suppliers.
