Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A Canadian man was arrested in Playa del Carmen Thursday for possession of narcotics. The 30 year old man was taken into custody from a street in the western Ejido area of the city.
Alex “N” was detained by local officers after being spotted with a firearm and a large bag of pot by a patrolling unit. When they pulled over to question him, they located a replica firearm, a large bag of marijuana and remnants of two other drugs, “yet to be determined” according to the Seguridad Pública Solidaridad (SSP) of Solidaridad report.
