Bacalar, Q.R. — Then main suspect in a Campeche murder has been captured in the municipality of Bacalar. On Friday, Quintana Roo authorities reported on the arrest of Moisés “N”.
The suspect was picked up on an outstanding arrest warrant “for his probable participation in events possibly constituting the crime of qualified homicide,” the State Attorney General said in a statement.
“The capture was carried out within the framework of the collaboration agreement between the Attorney General’s Offices derived from the judicial order issued by the First Judge of the Accusatory and Oral Criminal Justice System of the State of Campeche,” they added.
Moisés “N” was located and arrested in the rural area of the municipality of Bacalar and has since been handed over to the Ministerial Police Investigators of Campeche, who have already transferred him back to the state.
Authorities did not provide any information surrounding the murder he is being charged with.
