Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Agents from the State Attorney General’s Office located a dismembered body inside bags left in a private home Tuesday night. It was around 11:00 p.m. when emergency services received the report of a dismembered body inside a Villas del Sol home.
The body has been reported to be that of an adult male. A hand written threat message from a criminal group was reportedly found at the scene. The home is located along Avenida de los Gansos in the extreme west section of the city.
Authorities have not released any official information regarding the call made to report the discovery or additional details about what was found inside the house when they arrived.
