Bacalar, Q.R. — A man believed abducted days before has been found dead. The body was discovered Thursday morning in the community of Miguel Alemán. The body is believed that of a man abducted in the municipality of Bacalar Monday.
Ministerial personnel were seen at the scene of the discovery around 10:00 a.m. Thursday morning. The body was found by a woman who was walking through the area and is alleged to have recognized the deceased man.
Authorities were notified of the finding of the body, which was discovered bound, laying on a paved section of roadway near the town’s entrance. The victim’s wife has since identified the deceased as her husband, Lazaro “M”.
