Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Two people were rushed to hospital Sunday night after an armed Fifth Avenue attack in Playa del Carmen. It was just before 11:00 p.m. when authorizes were made aware of a shooting inside a city bar.
When they arrived at the 6th Street location, they found two people with gunshot wounds. According to preliminary information, one person was shot several times, while the second was hit twice.
The person shot numerous times is said to be of foreign origin. Additional details were not provided. Officers who responded to the shooting are reported to have arrested two people.
