Mexico City, Mexico — Aeromar has announced an increase in summer flights to meet consumer demand. The airline says they plan to operate 12 additional frequencies to Puerto Vallarta, Ixtapa Zihuatanejo and Puerto Escondido.
The company says they have seen a 181 percent recovery compared to July and August 2020.
“We are proud to lead the recovery of national aviation. With the strictest health and hygiene standards, we have invested in innovations to facilitate travel and restore the confidence of our passengers during the most difficult period in the history of aviation,” said Juan Ignacio Rossello, Commercial Director of Aeromar.
Their summer flight program will also include increases to Texas. The company says consumer demand for shopping trips will also see them add additional flights to connect the city of Monterrey with McAllen, Texas.
Ignacio Rossello added that the airline’s ATR fleet is the most modern in Mexico, as well as being environmentally friendly.
