10 arrested trying to board ADO bus with fake ID

Villahermosa, Tabasco — Ten people from Central America have been taken into custody after they were found trying to board a bus bound for the northern border.

The 10 were discovered after producing false identification when trying to board an Autobuses de Oriente (ADO) bus in the city of Villahermosa. The boarding officer was handed fake CURPs and false driver’s licenses from Merida as their identification.

After further review, the 10 were found to be from Honduras. They were arrested by police and handed over to the National Migration Institute for legal procedures.
